There are a few concerns that need to be demonstrated to you before the start of the project.
These concerns may affect the entire project or if such concerns are not addressed timely, then
maybe we need to alter the scope of the project. Following are the concerns:
1. Need to provide adequate training to all the staff so that they can handle the new system
effectively
2. Using a cloud-based system, we need a power backup in order to make sure in case of
power interruption, no data shall be lost
3. One more thing, we need to timely check the database for storage in order to cope with
any data loss.
4. We need to keep updating our staff related to new technologies and timely training
