Introduction 1.1 Overview The NOC Automation & IMEEI Database (NAID) system is an online facilitation mechanism that seeks to bring relevant registered members together, coordinated and streamlined, to providee efficient and transparent services to applicant.. Many countries around the world have established similar centers to centralize the execution of a number of regulatory, compliance, and value-added added services through a single physical or virtual location. The T purpose of NOC system is to provide applicant with a single place for applying for and obtaining necessary approvals for different registrations, licenses, and permits required for applicant in the country. Description of New User Registration to NAID The NOC Automation & IMEII database system is an online mechanism services. Applicant can apply from open web services & get the notification instantly through the systems (https://naid.btrc.gov.bd/). All required documents shall be attached when application to be submitted. The final output to be generated electronically & received the output through the system & Email. All kind of desk users can login in the NOC Automation systems & they are able to process the application through the system. The system will be a new feature that desk officer can login the system through e-Nothi Nothi System. Desk officer can proceed the application from e-Nothi Nothi systems. Applicant can update the IMEI number in the system. Any people can check the valid IMEI in the system from SMS. Page 5 of 14 NAID,, Electronic Services for Importers 4. New User Registration 4.1 How can login to NAIID system Applicant/members of BTRC to be login in the system with OSSPID. The OSSPID is the common login platform. atform. Applicant will go to OSSPID & fills up the required information then submit to NOC application systems. After confirmation from NOC system the user to be login the systems. 4.2 New User Registration Registratio If you are a first time user you have to register yourself to the NAID system as an Impoters. Click to Create Account option & fill up required information then click to sign up; Page 6 of 14 NAID,, Electronic Services for Importers Insert your Name, Valid Email Address, and Select Gender, insert valid mobile number, select password collection type & then click to sign up option. After click to sign up option you have to see your email to verify the following link; Page 7 of 14 NAID,, Electronic Services for Importers After confirmation by email, importer i will see another email with user access and password; Now your NAID use registration has been completed you can login now Please give your user ID and password to login the NAID systems If you are fist time user you have to fill up the user registration form for BT TRC, the following form will be appear to fill up; Page 8 of 14 NAID,, Electronic Services for Importers After successfully fill up the registration form you are able to enter the user dashboard. 4.3 User’s profile update After first time login in the NAID D system you are requested to update your profile. You must update your information as per p NAID requirement before starting the work to NAID systems. Page 9 of 14 NAID,, Electronic Services for Importers 4.4 Change Password To change your current password please going to users profile for change password Insert old password & insert new password two times as per direction on red mark 4.5 Forget password If you forget your current password, you can collect your password from the system. You will receive an email from NAID system. To get the password you will click to email link & automatically system will send a password to you. 5. Member Login & Membership form submission Click to member’s menu & cllick to new application. The following appliccation form will be appearing you are requested too fill up the form properly. 6. To upload the IMEI please click to t IMEI report menu Click to Add IMEI file Click to download IMEI sample fiile & follow the instruction Then upload the file by clicking attach a IMEI file.
