RE:Instability letter of debt on rent due to covid19
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing because I am currently experiencing financial hardship, and would like to find a way
to get help to pay my past due rent so i do not end up homeless.
My problems began March 2019, when the pandemic started, i work self employed grooming
dogs and due to covid19 my business has fallen apart. I have lost most of my clients and no
longer can afford rent to keep u business going so i lost it. I cant even afford to pay rent for the
room i rent for 1,500 a month in Carlsbad my landlord has been very patient with me but can o longer
afford me to stay there untill i pay what i owe. Since then, I have had 100.00 per month, which has
to go to my phone bill so i can look for work and dog food.
I am not trying to avoid my responsibilities, and I am embarrassed that I am even in this position
in the first place. To begin this process, I can offer the solution that i will be looking for work
everyday untill i find employment, with the hopes that you will find this suitable. I know that we
all want to avoid being homless, so please contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss
the options.
