Packaging Structure:
Based on demand for containers of certain sizes, shapes and materials, dedicated
time on PET injection blow-molding tools (IBM) or HDPE blow-molding tools is
hard to come by, with production on many tools at double and triple the usual
leadtime. At full capacity, these tools produce up to 4,000,000 bottles monthly,
which speaks to the incredible demand for sanitizer. Additionally, the same
amount of capacity is available for flip top closures, screw on caps with orifice
reducer, or sprayers. Due to capacity constraints, primary packaging
manufacturers are running HDPE in white or natural color, and PET in clear. If
we’re not placing orders for 1M+ units, we ain’t getting a custom color anytime
soon.

Packaging, raw materials (alcohol, carbomer in particular) and production
capacity are incredibly difficult to secure given existing demand. BB is
leveraging exiting connections within its supply network to secure output.
Production of 200,000 – 300,000 units per day will commence 2-3 weeks from the
placement of a PO, issuance of 50% order deposit, and approved final artwork
file.
