At full capacity, these tools produce up to 4,000,000 bottles monthly, which speaks to the incredible demand for sanitizer. Additionally, the same amount of capacity is available for flip top closures, screw on caps with orifice reducer, or sprayers. Due to capacity constraints, primary packaging manufacturers are running HDPE in white or natural color, and PET in clear. If we’re not placing orders for 1M+ units, we ain’t getting a custom color anytime soon.
