ABSTRACT
❖ Enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution is a software tool used in an organization to
collect, store, manage and interpret data.
❖ There are many ERP solutions available till now in the market for product planning,
purchase, manufacturing or service delivery, marketing and sales, inventory
management, shipping and payment, finance,etc. so here we have designed an ERP
solution which is only meant for Finance and costing.
❖ In this ERP solution we have two users like customer and organisation , each user has
different activities in the ERP solution .If the ERP solution is used by an organisation
the activities are fill organisation such as product, service, cost etc.
❖ After the operation an invoice is printed which includes cost of product, loading cost,
unloading cost, transportation cost and GST.
