Lead the development of an organisation that is fit for purpose in its design and operation with
less handoffs and less complexity in how we deliver our services to our customers and our

• Apr-8-21: SuccessFactors FY22 Goal Management Module opens

• Apr-30-21: Each employee must add one goal in each focus area
• May-1-21: Any employee who has not added goals as above will
automatically be disqualified from the FY22 bonus scheme.
Challenge ourselves to constantly deliver digital interventions that enhance the lives of
customers and our people. Eg. Process automation or digitisation, systems improvement
• By May-31-21- Discuss Behavioural expectations and make
updates in ‘Continuous Performance’ Module in SuccessFactors.

SuccessFactors “Continuous Performance Module”.

and digitally, celebrating our successes and holding ourselves accountable. Eg.People

A description of the goal. What, Where and How
Additional goals that you want added in each category. Sub
goals do not have weighting so if it needs to be weighted
this has to be manually done. This can be used for you
non-bonusable goals, in this case the weighting is zero.
How will the goal be measured e.g. 10% revenue growth,
successful delivery of project etc
What is the weight for the goal? The total of the DPR
should be 100%. So this is portion of the 100%.
The full performance year, this is preset, you can edit according
to goal timelines.
You can update the progress of the goal as the period progresses.
