BAC Resolution Declaring COMAYOG’S STORE to be the Supplier of Office Supplies
for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2021
RESOLUTION NO. 03 s, 2021
WHEREAS, the Department of Education, Lapu-Lapu National High School, Narra del Norte District
of Palawan conducted the Request for Quotation in three different suppliers in the Municipality of Narra
for the procurement of SCHOOL SUPPLIES with approved budget stipulated under approved APP for the
Fiscal Year 2021.
WHEREAS, three suppliers around Narra had granted their intention to bid by submitting Request
for Quotation provided by the LLNHS-BAC.
a) WHEREAS, during the post-evaluation by the BAC, the bidder, COMAYOG’s STORE,
passed in all requirements and its bid for the SCHOOL SUPPLIES amounting to Thirtynine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-three Pesos (Php 39, 883.00)
a) WHEREAS, the bidder, COMAYOG’s STORE, not the lowest bidder, but has the complete
items included in the Purchase Request ready to be procured.
b) WHEREAS, the bidder, COMAYOG’s STORE, offered free delivery of supplies to be
procured.
NOW, THEREFORE, We the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVED in its
hereby resolved:
b) To declare COMAYOG’S STORE, as the bidder to have won the bidding of School
Supplies amounting to Thirty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-three Pesos (Php 39,
883.00)
c) RESOLVED, at the Lapu-Lapu National High School, Narra del Norte District, this
