3rd 9 Weeks Passion Project Conference Checklist
Utilize this document to make sure that you have everything completed in preparation for your
conference. All of these items must be completed in order to receive full credit.
● Sign up for Conference Day - DURING YOUR CLASS PERIOD
● If you have a new goal- you should have an updated goal slide on canvas
DO NOT DELETE THE OLD ONE.
● 6 Researched Sources added to Annotated Bibliography

only 3 new ones- you should have already had 3. If you don’t you’ll be expected
to be caught up
The annotated bibliography is in your DRIVE… update there and it should update
in canvas automatically
● Documentation is up to date (Christmas Break to current) with detailed
logs, dates, pictures, videos, etc.
- This may also be in your DRIVE and should automatically update in canvas.
● Proof of progress is believable and unquestionable
● Bulb is up to date and shared with English class page
● Reflection Questions are completed and submitted to CanvasTHIS is where you need to spend time. We are not looking for you to be successful
(though great if you have been). We are looking for honest reflection on your process
and WHAT YOU LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF along the way.
