The show dates are _____________________in the Auditorium, with call for backstage crew at 5:15, and
for actors at 5:30 to begin warmups and getting into makeup and costume on these dates. Cast and crew
dinners will be arranged during dress rehearsal notes sessions.

****I understand that I will not be scheduled to work or rehearse during these times listed above unless the
director has worked this out with me. I also agree not to add any obligations that will prevent me from
attending the rehearsals and/or technical work sessions during the times I have committed to be available. I
also understand that, in keeping with school board policy, if I am not at school for at least half the school day,
I am not permitted to attend afterschool functions, including rehearsals, and will email the director and Stage
manager as soon as I realize I will not be at school. Failure to notify the director and stage manager
appropriately will count as an unexcused absence from rehearsal and could cost my role or position.
