Project Abstract
Loyalty Card Management enables customer to apply for a loyalty card and enables
Card Processing and Dispatch Teams to approve/reject followed by dispatch of the
card. Customer creates a case by selecting the Card type and entering his/her details.
Based on the Card type appropriate process is followed to resolve the request.

Responsibilities

Worked on the version PEGA 8.5

Worked on creating Cases, Case Types, Stages, Process, SLA, Report definitions
and Validations.

Created Application, Portals, operator ID’s, Access Groups for Customer,
Dispatch manager and Card processing manager.

Worked with local data Source to store customer information.

Worked on data transforms, flow actions and data pages.

Worked on mail automation for sending rejection/approval mail to the customers.

Experience with using debugging tools like PEGA Tracer tool, Clipboard as a part
of this project.
