Since there's much more to diet than a bunch of nutrients, blood-typing, chewing
each morsel till it's liquified, washing away the pesticides from the surfaces of nonorganic vegetables, keeping yourself hydrated, etc., we'll start with a preliminary list
of do's & don'ts :
Eliminate :
1. All non-vegitarian foods including seafoods e.g. oysters (seaweeds are highly
recommended),
2. Gluten rich cereals ie no common breads, cookies or muffins, etc. These
cereals are ok if sprouted. Gluten containing foods are pro-inflammatory.
Gluten-free grains include quinoa, spelt, millet, brown rice & corn.
3. No unsaturated vegetable oils.
4. Fried foods.
5. Margarine and other hydrogenated fats.
6. Yeast based foods (baked breads & cakes); try yeast-free breads (eg. millet
bread).
7. Pasteurized non-organic milk (organic milk tend to be pasteurized),
8. Garlic (except as a medicine),
9. Mushrooms (except as a medicine),
10. Nightshade foods : tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant & peppers/ capsicum.
They contain solanine / sodium alkaloids which is pro-inflammatory. Yam is
fine; actually recommended. Once in a while you may have boiled tomatoes
with skin peeled off - & see if it goes well with you.

Many of the above tend to activate / exacerbate an autoimmune response :
Photosensitivity inciters :
1. Going into sunlight after touching celery, celery root, parsley & parsnips
can cause phytophotodermatitis. That means sensitivity to sunlight, caused
by contact with a plant. This is so because they carry chemicals called
psoralens, aka furocoumarin.
2. Handling figs also causes a similar short-term effect.
3. Buckwheat greens contain fagopyrin, which can create photosensitivity

Learning how to read the nutrition labels on the foods you buy is tricky because

Manufacturers are getting smarter & their unethical tactics include

skipping altogether (under generalized terms like 'natural flavors & additives')
•

What about the list of do's (what to eat)?
In general, your nutrients should come from the actual foods (not even food
extracts) otherwise they will further complicate matters by leaving behind

immunity-priming protocol. So that, together, they'll bring down all the root causes of
bad immunity.
Thus, adopting the above list is just a starting point towards designing a delightful
pro-life diet. The last chapter of this road-map summarizes what's critically missing.
For e.g., a diet based on individual's blood type has worked only for about 50% of
the people. If your blood type matters then, extending that logic further may
convince you that the rest of your body also matters; actually much more.
As a matter of fact your mental & emotional personality also plays an integral part in

Reinventing your daily life-style by expunging the bum portions listed below will
harmonize it in tune with the life-supportive elements :
1. Birth control pills / oral contraceptives
2. HRT, Estrogen replacement therapy, HGH, etc. (usually accelerates
autoimmunity),
3. Allopathic medicines : gradually wean away.
i. Common drugs that induce autoimmunity are procainamide (Pronestyl),
hydralazine (Apresoline), quinidine (Quinaglute) etc.
ii. Sometimes vaccines trigger or worsen autoimmunity.
4. Antacid & constipation OTC pills (has aluminium)
5. Anti-flatulence pills (charcoal; interferes with nutrient absorption) etc.
6. All mainstream toiletries
i. e.g. fluoride toothpaste in aluminum tube, hand sanitizers, mouth-washes
etc.
ii. if you spot chemicals listed in the list of ingredients, shun it.
iii. including those deceivingly marked as 'natural' & 'herbal' formulae
iv. Go for traditional soaps, shampoos, tooth-powders etc.

14. Drinking liquids stored in plastic containers (BPA / BiPhenyl-A)

16. Cooking / storing foods in non-stick (Teflon, Tefal etc), aluminium,

Minimize them e.g by keeping mobile phones away from the body, avoid
using wifi, use analog cordless phones instead of digital ones, etc.

Please take the time & avail of the opportunity to summarily stop the ongoing
onslaught upon you from these autoimmunity-feeding environmental poisons.
They cause many serious troubles for e.g. : Disrupt the functioning of your master
gland (pineal) thus impair the entire endocrine system - melatonin synthesis,
defective thyroids, adrenal exhaustion, etc.
It takes a long time to repair them, if ever.

Phase III : Body, freed from chemicals which kill
tissues, thus feeding autoimmunity
Saddled with the crap spotlighted in the last few pages, how do you plan to
restore your biological purity?
A one-off exhaustive purification exercise would neither be practical nor advisable
for anyone.
So a better approach would entail starting with a few of these & keep on carrying
out more of them until you expunge enough of the autoimmunity-spewing junk. In
concert with the rest of the phases, this will reestablish your pre-autoimmunity level
of health & well-being; may be even better.
A. Oil-pulling : For Headache, Skin rashes, Digestive problems, Joint &
other pains, Women's issues, Hair-fall, Dental ills, allergy, etc [9,10]
Buy some sunflower or sesame oil (say 500 ml / 16 ounces), preferably unrefined.

In the morning without brushing teeth take one tablespoon (two tea
spoons=10ml) of sesame oil in the mouth on empty stomach. Close the
mouth. Do not swallow.
Chin up, rinse mouth to ensure oil sweeps over the entire oral cavity between all the teeth, on palate including soft palate near throat, and both ear
end corners of oral cavity.

Do it mindfully non-stop (alongwith your morning routine).
•
Spit when the mouth gets full or between 15 to 20 minutes.
•
Wash your mouth and teeth thoroughly. You may scrub your teeth & gums
with fingers ideally; after washing your hands. Toothbrushes tend to peel the
enamel & hurt the gums.
Do scrape your tongue with a metallic tongue scraper and then wash the
mouth thoroughly.

B. Eat fresh coriander leaves & stem – raw - on empty stomach everyday to

Load up on seaweed (e.g. kelp) cultivated in sea water, as a reliable source of
organic iodine.
If you have been exposed to Bromides, Mercury, Lead, Aluminum, or are dependent
upon antibiotics to fight off parasites then consider Potassium iodide (KI) as
medicinal tablets, typically 130 mg / tablet, of which 100 mg is iodine (as iodide).
12.5 mg to 50 mg i.e. 1/8th to ½ tablet / day should be fine to start with [11]
Potassium iodide may also be obtained as a "saturated solution of potassium
iodide" (SSKI) which in the U.S.P. generic formulation contains 1000 mg of KI per
mL. Each drop of SSKI is assumed to contain about 50 mg iodine as iodide,
Which means 1 drop in a cup of distilled water taken over 1 - 4 days will delive 12.5
mg – 50 mg.

In some subjects, the urine levels of mercury, lead and cadmium increased

E. Borax chelates fluoride* (Where municipality supplies fluoride laced
“drinking” water; US citizens take note) Borax / sodium borate is the precursor for sodium perborate monohydrate, which is
available as a cleaning agent in some countries (e.g. under Persil brand). It is
poisonous in large quantities (same level of toxicity as common salt).
Recommended dosage :
1/8 teaspoon of borax diluted in 1 liter / quart / 32 ounces of water taken in divided
dose throughout the day (say 2 - 4 portions).
Take it for 4 or 5 days in a week. For a few weeks to several months atmost,
depending on your body's tolerance level.
F. EDTA / DMSA chelates heavy metals (e.g. mercury, aluminum, lead,
arsenic etc.) & calcification [12, 13] It's poisonous in large doses. Use as per direction. Take malic acid (Apples,
Berries) alongwith. Consume MicroVita SuperDiet meal lateron because EDTA /

If you are in really bad shape or can't workout much then atleast start with a selfmassage today. But then don't use massage as an apology for not being able to
workout by more than a day.
Women with autoimmune diseases like SLE and rheumatoid arthritis have lower
plasma androgens than controls, and researchers propose that hiking up
androgens, like DHEA, is one of the potential factors to improve the clinical
manifestations of autoimmunity.
Regular exercise is known to increase DHEA production in the body [15, 16]
besides other benefits ranging from regular bowels to release of endorphins making
you feel good.
Atleast 45 minutes of low-impact physical activities every single day are a must.
Bootstrap yourself out of the “too-tired-to-exercise loop”. Let your chosen regimen
be easy on your joints :

You should sweat sufficiently several times a week. To aid sweating, you may do

Do ensure proper ventilation. Type A retroviruses have been isolated in several
autoimmune diseases. Oxygenation kills them. Lower oxygen levels in cells also
cause inflammation in the gut, etc.
Without adequate exercise you risk organ deterioration, weak bones & joints, weight

gain, muscle loss, low self-worth, etc. Physical workouts also facilitate full recharge
via restful sleep.
LYMPHATIC SYSTEM :
The lymphatic system also helps defend the body against germs like viruses,
bacteria, and fungi that can cause illnesses. Those germs are filtered out in the
lymph nodes, which are small masses of tissue located along the network of lymph
vessels.
The nodes house lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell. Some of those

lymphocytes make antibodies, which are special proteins that fight off germs and
stop infections from spreading. Antibodies help in trapping disease-causing germs
and destroying them.
The spleen (as a lypmphatic node) plays an important part in fighting infections. It
contains lymphocytes and another kind of white blood cell called macrophages,
which engulf and destroy bacteria, dead tissue and foreign matter. The spleen also
filters them from the blood passing through it.
The major parts of the lymph tissue are located in the bone marrow, spleen, thymus
gland & other lymph nodes, especially the tonsils. The heart, lungs, intestines, liver
and skin also contain lymphatic tissues.
Germinal centres (GC) are sites within lymph nodes or lymph nodules in peripheral
lymph tissues where intense mature B lymphocytes, otherwise known as

The thymus is composed of two identical lobes and is located anatomically in the

Emergency measures for immediate relief
A. Water fasting can do wonders for you :

If you can't immediately go without food for even a day then start with half day
fasts, preferably in the evening. Or enjoy a fresh fruit and vegetable fast for 1

You may mix / alternate with 1/4 teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate / potassium
citrate / calcium citrate (available in some pharmacies) & use warm water instead.

Consuming the most alkaline foods is ofcourse the better way out. E.g. Lime/
lemonade, raw radish, pumpkin seeds soaked for an hour & kept wet for
approximately 8 – 12 hrs.
The above intervention will also help if your symptoms are bothering you too much,
including infections.
Actually the 5 phases of the anti-autoimmunity protocol will restore your alkalinity
automatically & that's the way it's meant to be; so make them a seamless part of
your life asap.
If the symptoms are an issue inspite of the alkalinity (& fasting) then choose 1 or
more from the following as an additional / alternative measure :
C. 1 tablespoon of organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar + 1 cup /

E. To better kill known & unknown germs :
If you notice any infection swirling-up or if it's already underway then here's your
battle suit:
I. COMMON MEASURES If you have not yet started on the MicroVita SuperDiet then your blood may still be
sticky. As mentioned in the website & explained further via MicroVita SuperHealth
newsletter, this slows down you immune response besides all other blood related
processes.
To dilute them temporarily, you may use Apple Cider vinegar as per the
'Biochemical pH acidification' point further ahead.
If acidity is not to be encouraged then do it as follows :- 1 teaspoon of baking soda +
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water, on empty stomach.

Alkalization :
You may bio-chemically alkalize your pH with baking soda as per the

9. Ozone
An ozone generator can be bought / put together by using parts available
from fish tank suppliers.
This option will do for full-blown cases. For sparsly spread / well hidden
germs, it may not reach every nook & corner behind all tissues, unless too
much is consumed, which is not advisable. You would have to try & see.

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)
Can be bought from pharmacies. Dilute the concentration to atleast 0.5%.
Typical dilution: one liter or quart of drinking water plus 30 drops of 3% H2O2.
Drink the entire liter / quart in 4 – 5 equal portions spread evenly through out
the day.
