It is an effective visual tool that uses bars to make a comparison of data among two different categories such as the sites and the number of students. A bar graph makes it easy to compare sets of data between different groups. Answer in Activity 3 Based on the frequency distribution table, it was found out that there are at least 1 to 5 cellphones available in every household in Misamis Oriental. To be specific, it was found out that there is a single phone present in 3 households. While two cellphones are available in 4 households. Three cellphones are also used in 6 households. While there are also five families who has 4 cellphones. Moreover, the highest number of phones which is five is found out in 4 households. To put into perspective, family income and the needs for a phone are the major reasons behind the availability of cellphones in each household in Misamis Oriental. Moreover, the use of tally marks and making a frequency distribution table was effective in organizing and analyzing the primary data collected in this study. Based from the bar graph drawn, it was found out among 185 teenagers/students that Facebook is the most visited site having a count of 50. Students use Facebook for educational purposes such as gathering information, checking to see what friends are up to and sharing information. The second most visited is google according to 40 teenagers/students. It is because Google plays an important role in education by enhancing efficiency, productivity of students. It also allows them to answer questions that cannot be answered easily in a few words, it helps students to develop their own set of skills. YouTube has ranked third among the most visited sites agreed by 35 teenagers. YouTube is a great entertainment tool and learning tool as well. The videos present in this site helps to deepen students' understanding, or help visual learners. While Yahoo was fourth in the list of visited sites having 30 students/teenagers. This site also provides information on almost every subject and offers thorough organic results. The least visited site is Netflix having only 20 students. Basically, this site is mainly for entertainment by means of watching latest movies, shows, anime, etc. It is also premium making it less affordable and available for all students/teenagers. Lastly, there are 10 students/teenagers that visits Lazada making it the last among the most visited sites. It is an online shopping platform and few students/teenagers can afford buying products in this site. The bar graph used in this study was effective enough in providing a clear visual about the most frequently visited sites by teenagers. The bars and corresponding numerical labels made it easy to compare and make conclusions from this study. It was found out that 49% of each family members love to watch movies which covers the largest portion of the graph. Watching movies together offer dedicated time and the opportunity to bond with all members of the family. While 30% of the family members responded in the hobby of reading books. Reading is a good hobby that will not only improve one’s imagination but also allows to escape a daily routine. A book helps to escape the reality and experience a whole new world. Also, there are 15% among the family who enjoys learning new skills during quarantine. While the least hobby of the family during quarantine is playing online games, which is only at 6%. To sum it up, staying entertained during the period of quarantine is important and beneficial to our personality. Staying indoors together with the family while engaging together in different sets of activities is beneficial in strengthening family bonds and most importantly in keeping each member of the family safe during quarantine.
