Past Unreal Conditional
We use if + past perfect , would have + past
participle for unreal situations in the past.
If we had played well, we would have won the game.
I Write sentences about what happened
when Sam Brown went for an interview. Use past unreal conditional.
Example: Sam had a date. He got home late. If Sam hadn’t had a date, he wouldn’t have got home late.
