Case Study: Analysis and Interpretation of GXT Data Mike is a 22-year-old college student whose weekend job requires him to be on his feet and frequent heavy lifting. However, much of his time is during the week is spent sitting in a classroom. He is thinking about starting a new fitness program at the recreation center and contacted you to perform a maximal aerobic fitness test. The GXT was conducted using a Monark cycle ergometer.
