Clients First
We deliver premium and world-class services
to our clients, without
compromising the Safety of our people. The
clients' needs and requests are always our priority. To be
world-class we devote at least 50% of our time and efforts
innovating to provide the best-in-class services for our
clients. We say “Yes” as the key word to effectively manage

By SAFETY as our true North, we mean:
Identifies the customer's needs and demonstrates flexibility in fulfilling them.
X Chooses the most easily available
solution for the customer without trying to really understand the customer's needs.
ADES Way helps us operate and behave under one
embracing SAFETY umbrella as our main north destination.
✓ Manages the customer's
expectations and acts reliably.

expectations and does not work for his best interest.
✓ Maintains customer contact on a
regular basis.
ADES SAFETY is paramount and uncompromised
under any conditions.
X Rarely stays in touch with the
customers and that results in turbulent relations.
Our aim is an incident -free environment by maintaining
Zero Injuries, Safe HSE records, by proactively
applying problem-solving and safety tactics.
X Shows minimal effort and does not
