Job Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma
Minimum 1-year phone-based customer service (i.e. Call center, receptionist,

Concrete Batch Person:
Job description

Perform batching of ready-mix, ensuring that proper mix design and job specifications
are followed.
 Communications with dispatch with regards to shipping, loading orders and changes.
 Order raw materials such as cement, fly ash, chemical admixtures, and aggregates
through coordination with the materials manager.
 Maintain adequate and cost-effective inventory levels of all products.
 Perform various quality control functions such as moisture checks, slump tests, air
entrainment tests and temperature tests that are congruent to company standards.
 Perform end of day cleanup at batch plant.
 Perform various plant maintenance tasks such as greasing, adjustments, cleaning bag
houses and venting systems, shoveling and plant system checks.
 Assist in maintenance of computerized batching equipment, material handling and color
computers.
 Perform daily paperwork, including production reports as required.
 Ensure mixer drivers are getting loaded in a timely manner as to meet customer
expectations.
 High School Diploma
 Ability to handle money and make change
 Must be able to read, write and speak in English; bilingual Spanish is a big plus.

Quality Assurance Manager:
Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for our expanding business.
The candidate we are looking for needs to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a
Construction Materials Testing/Management role, preferably with TxDOT project experience.
Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of a Construction Materials Testing
Laboratory. Testing includes materials such as soils, aggregates, and concrete. This includes
ensuring that the laboratory testing services are conducted in a safe manner and consistent with
company quality protocols, project requirements, and in a timely manner. Oversee and coordinate
the training and utilization of laboratory staff. Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and
cleanliness of the laboratory and testing equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that the testing services are accomplished consistent with ACI standards, testing
procedures, and in a timely manner.
 Assists during preparation of proposals and cost estimates for laboratory testing services
to ensure a proper scoping of services, availability of manpower, and appropriate pricing.
 Represent us with clients in a professional and competent manner.
 Oversees calibration and maintenance of the laboratory equipment.
 Ensures the proper organization and appearance of the laboratory area including
keeping the area and equipment clean and uncluttered.
 Performs construction and geotechnical related laboratory testing.
 Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor quality
standards and practices.
 Manages laboratory personnel ensuring that they are properly trained and prepared to
obtain essential certifications. Evaluates the performance of all employees within the
laboratory and assists them in their professional development and growth, consistent
with company policies and procedures.
 Provide leadership regarding safety, ensuring that employees are provided the
necessary tools and equipment to ensure their personal safety in the office, laboratory
and field.
 Directly supervises the administrative systems of the laboratory to ensure that reports,
proposals, and information required to serve the client are properly prepared and
reported.
 Ensures that laboratory personnel follow company administrative policies. Examples of
such policies include, but are not limited to, time sheets, expense reports and purchase
order requirements.
 Any other duties as assigned by the Manager. Position reports to VP of Sales.

rock, or road and paving materials.
 Well versed in ASTM, AASHTO, & TXDOT test procedures for soils, aggregates,
concrete and HMAC.
 Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
 Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License

TxDOT Compliance Manager:
Job description
ANANI TRUCKING, LLC - Dallas, TX 75220
The Transportation Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) & DOT Representative position is
responsible for ensuring safety and federally administered compliance regulations are enforced for
facilities, equipment, vehicles, transportation employees, and all other employees in safety sensitive
positions. The Area HSE & DOT Representative implements, enforces, and follows through with all
safety and DOT procedures set forth by the company.
In the event of an accident, this position is required to respond, take control of the scene, oversee
the accident investigation, and is responsible for overseeing all record keeping that is performed
after the investigation has end.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:

This position requires a minimum of 80% of time in field at locations and shops with 20%
of the time allocated for reports, document compiling and training.
 This position is on call 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
 Oversees the day-to-day operations of safety and DOT compliance for assigned
locations, shops and /or shifts, including compliance with company environmental, health
and safety policies and procedures and local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
 Provides coaching to drivers, operators and employees in his or her assigned locations,
shops and/or assigned shift.
 Maintains knowledge of all applicable regulatory standards and administrative practices
as they may relate to the company.
 Performs routine audits and inspections of locations, vehicles and shops.
 Performs field audits of logs and daily vehicle inspection reports and provides feedback
to drivers.
 Provides a weekly report of activities to the HSE & DOT Manager.
 Develops and initiates monthly reports as requested.
 Plans and promotes safety programs; assists in the design, development and delivery of
safety training programs.
 Responsible for the maintenance and retention of all program documentation as required
by law and company policy for his or her assigned location and/or shift.
 Maintains training records and assembles injured worker data for organized reporting to
the HSE & DOT Manager.
 In the event of an accident, this position is required to take control of the scene; this
representative oversees vehicle incident investigations and is also responsible for
overseeing all record keeping that is performed after the investigation has end.
 In the event of an incident, communicates recommendations and corrective actions to all
concerned parties promptly.
 Delivers training as needed.
 Identifies areas where additional training may be needed and assists with the
development of training.
 Provides technical expertise to other personnel who may be assigned to assist in
carrying out projects and assignments. (Field Supervisors, Mechanics, etc)
 May represent Osburn at industry committees and working groups.
 Drives a motor vehicle to locations in order to provide support services to other
departments, including transporting employees for drug and alcohol testing if needed
and medical visits.
 Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical
constraints of the job.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

The ability to navigate and comprehend publications from OSHA, FMCSA, Texas DPS,
TXDOT, TCEQ, and other governmental or regulatory agencies

Strong knowledge of OSHA, TCEQ, DOT and other associated guidelines, regulations,
policies, SOPs, etc
 Knowledge and ability to perform worksite evaluations to identify hazards and
recommend precautions
 Knowledge and ability to recognize and coach employees and drivers on unsafe
behaviors and work practices in a non-threatening manner
 Ability to manage a scene of an incident
 Experience investigating injuries and incidents, including root cause analysis and
corrective actions
 Strong organizational skills and capable of maintaining records and documentation
 Able to develop and/or deliver safety meeting presentations, training programs,
compliance information, etc. as needed
 Good oral and written communication skills
 An average or better level of proficiency with Windows based programs

Associates degree in a safety-related field or at least 25 college credits plus 5 years’

Health & Safety Technician (CHST) plus 5 years’ experience in a environmental, health
& safety role strongly preferred.
 Prior knowledge of the Transportation industry and DOT strongly preferred.
 CDL holder preferred.
 Prior knowledge of concrete mixer and/or concrete pumps strongly preferred
 Smith Systems driver trainer strongly preferred.
