So initially checking the availability of the product, once product is confirmed then checking the required quantity of the product, after this indent is to be made to process the order then indent has been given to warehouse, now warehouse person will take out the product in the basis of indent, warehouse person will hand over the material to the packing staff who packs the product. After packing the product, the product is being shipped & then hand over to courier person then product reaches to the nearest hub & then from there, reaches to the customer. 3) Initially company has problems with the inventory of the products & which is happened due to the quality issues observed by the customers & hence complaints ratio got increased. They are referring to internal fulfillment model. After some time, they have this inventory management in place as everything was automated so inventory was more stable & giving good returns. There were some problems related to quality of the product which has been worked out for some period of time & after doing some experiments, quality has been improved.
