Parent Consent Form According to the Delhi Government guidelines, in order for your son or daughter to attend the institute, parents must complete a Parent Consent Form. The form must be handed over by your ward to the security staff at the main gate on arrival at FIIB. The institute will request parents to complete this form at regular intervals.
