The position engages with CEOx, NETx and the regional president’s group (RPG) in the identification, prioritization, and rapid implementation of a wide range of strategic initiatives in alignment with KP’s 5-year strategic plan. This role will partner and collaborate with Health Plan, Hospital, Medical Groups, and key national strategic partners to facilitate the execution capability for strategic initiatives that contribute significantly to cost/benefit realization. Essential Responsibilities: Working through influence and in collaboration with CEOx, NETx, RPG, Medical Groups, employees, and staff, identifies and coordinates the prioritization of enterprise initiatives to drive strategic redesign outcomes. Facilitates the redesign of pertinent business functions to maximize economies of scale and common processes, resulting in improved experiences and outcomes while reducing operating cost burdens. Manages, partners with senior executives, and tracks all major enterprise strategic cost structure initiatives, creating an accelerated execution approach across the enterprise. Aligns key stakeholders and gains cross-entity and cross-market and functions support through influence for the overall redesign of the business, challenging leaders to achieve maximum benefits. Identifies opportunities to leverage the scale of assigned functions or markets, to minimize redundancy, utilize process redesign, optimize automation/technology, while reinforcing continuous improvement methodologies. Influences strategic executives across the assigned functions or markets to engage in the associated cost structure improvements. Develops working relationships and strategic partnerships with enterprise leaders to negotiate and collaborate on initiatives that will create the most effective outcomes. Education License, Certification, Registration N/A Additional Requirements: Experience in working effectively with labor to successfully support the KP Labor-Management Partnership, and the needs of our workforce. Demonstrated ability to build strong teams focused on execution, both within the executives- s direct reporting structure, as well as across the enterprise to deliver large, complex projects. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and see beyond what exists in the current environment, and ability to translate new ideas, concepts, and vision into the KP enterprise.
