Overview of depressions
Depression is a very common mental condition and is affected by many
people like teens, adults, and even kids. Some symptoms you may have
are change in sleep, changes of appetite, lack of concentration, loss of
energy, guilty thoughts, and also suicidal thoughts. It is caused when you
have experienced an depressive episode, some will only have one
depressive episode in a lifetime, but for most, depressive disorder recurs.
