Traditional Espresso Drinks
Espresso: double shot of espresso (2oz)
Con Panna: double shot of espresso topped with whipped cream (4oz)
TRADITIONAL Macchiato: double shot with dollop of foam (4 oz)
Cortado: double shot of espresso with 2oz milk foam (4oz)
Cappuccino: double shot of espresso with milk foam (8oz, 12oz, 16oz)
Latte: double shot of espresso with milk foam (12oz, 16oz, 20oz)
(starbucks) Caramel Macchiato: vanilla, milk, double shot of espresso
on top (12oz, 16oz, 20oz)
Frappes:
12oz = 4oz milk; 1 pumps base, 8oz ice
16oz = 6oz milk; 2 pumps base, 12oz ice
20oz = 8oz milk; 3 pumps base, 16oz ice

Matcha: 2tsp matcha powder, add about 1oz of hot water, whisk very well.
1 pump vanilla. Add to bottom of cup and pour steamed milk (latte) or hot
water (matcha tea)
Chai: 2oz or 4 pumps chai concentrate, add cinnamon, finish with milk
(latte) or water (chai tea)
Café Au Lait: brewed hot coffee with steamed milk (¾ coffee, ¼ milk)
London Fog: hot earl grey tea with steamed milk (¾ tea, ¼ milk)
Americano: espresso with hot water, alternative for brewed coffee (¼
espresso, ¾ water. Leave room at the top, it will be very hot!)
Hot Chocolate (and chocolate milk): pour inch of steamed milk into cup,
add 2/ 3/ 4 pumps chocolate sauce and stir to combine, fill cup with
steamed milk, top with whipped cream
