Digestive System Introduction
Year 6: Science
1. Read and discuss with the teacher.
Our body needs food to be healthy and to grow. We get nutrients
and energy from food. The digestive system helps us to change food
so it is easier for our body to absorb. It has many parts and each
part has a different function.
2. Label the diagram with words from the box.

3. Match the parts of the digestive system to their function (what they do).
