Mango & Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:







250 ml (1 cup) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
158 g (2/3 cup) Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alterative)
30 gr (1/4 cup) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
140 g (1 cup) fresh or frozen mango
1 medium banana
1/3 tsp ground turmeric – plus extra for dusting
4-6 ice cubes
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
2. Divide between glasses and dust with extra turmeric to serve.
