Leadership is an art and not a science.
As a leader one must be emotionally intelligent

By virtue of your title one can’t be a leader, one should not be leader. i.e A ‘DC’ or a president may not
be a leader but on contrary a clerk can be a good leader.
Moral credibility must be in a good leader.

Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy in which the main goal of the leader is to serve.
