What do you think is the significance of physical fitness testing in your
own personal life, most especially during this time of pandemic?
Physical fitness plays a vital role on our life. It has several factors that we,
human, rely on. Studies shows that being physically fit is a huge contribution to
our health condition, and not only that, it can promote healthier state of mind as
it lessens our stress and in some cases, it can cure depression. Aside from that,
regular exercise can benefit our bones, muscles, joints, and most specially, our
heart. Maintaining our weight may be a burden to some people. There are
situations where in people eat healthy foods but experience difficulty in reducing
their weight. We must remind ourselves that being physically fit requires good
condition of exercise regularly and intake of healthy foods. Therefore, achieving
your desired body, you must possess discipline. As I mentioned earlier, in our
daily life, we mostly rely in our physical strength. Getting up in the morning and
walking my way on my school, strength is necessary, and one of the main source
of our strength is our build up muscle and bones. Remember that we are able to
execute harder and more complicated tasks if we have good condition of fitness.
Looking back on last year’s dilemma, a fatal virus has rapidly spread across the
globe resulting to the down fall of the economic status, livelihood, education and
various components of society. This noble virus affects of respiratory system and
target our breathing cycle. Being physically fit in these situation may help you to
fight the virus and resist yourself from catching it. Our health may boost and
develop our immune system that has the ability to fight the virus from entering
our system. We are all managing additional stress related to the growth of the
COVID-19 pandemic and its potential to threaten the health of ourselves, our
families, and our communities. Please consider using physical activity and
exercise as a strategy to maintain health during this stressful period.
