My Profile
Hello! My name is Peter Coleman and I’m a business manager. I´m from Spain but I live in the USA, in a small town near Boston.
I´m married and I have two children. My wife is a psychologist and has her own office in town. I work for a software company
and I have many responsibilities. I am in charge of all the team and I monitor sales, marketing and public relationships.
English is very important is my job. Every morning I read the American financial newspapers and then I use English for emails and
phone calls. I also have meetings with colleagues and business lunches, and they`re all in English.
I start my day very early in the morning. I leave home at 6:30 am and I go to work by car. I have breakfast in the company; I
generally have a coffee and some cookies. Then I work all morning and I stop for lunch. I finish work at 6 pm and I go home. It´s
a long day but I enjoy my job, it´s very interesting and demanding.
At the weekends I work at home too, we have business meetings in my home because I can´t stop working! My friends say I’m a
workaholic, and…it´s true!
I generally don´t go on vacations but last year I went to Florida with my family and we had a great time. We stayed there for a
week but then I came back to work! I love my job!
