Asking for advice:
What do you think I should do?
What would you do if you were me?
Would you suggest …? (+ -ing)
Giving Advice:
If you …., you will …. (+ base form)
If I were you, I would …. (+ base form)
My advice would be to …. (+ base form)
Make sure you …. (+ base form)
Have you thought about … ? (+ -ing form)
You could…. (+ base form)
You should/shouldn’t …. (+ base form)
