Snow Plow Contract
Property:
Snow plow proposal is valid from February 2018 - April 2018.
Business parking lot (circular path) and lot closest to building to be
plowed at 3 inch accumulations. Snow from parking lot will be pushed
to an area that will best support the winter’s snow accumulation.
Walkway area in front of building and stairs going up to the building
will be shoveled and salted
All work is to be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices.
Any alteration or deviation from the speci cations involving costs will be executed only
upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the contracted
price. At least one deposit payment must be received in order for work to commence.
All payment balances are due immediately upon job completion. CASH is required for
balances due! Checks may be accepted for deposit only upon approval, please make
payments directly to ___

This contract can be cancelled without penalty or obligation at anytime. Proper notice
must be given to avoid additional snow removal charges. To cancel this contract please
mail written notice of cancellation to______________. Please allow seven working days
from the date of cancellation notice for cancellation to be processed and take effect
