Today, Filipino male and female are the ones providing leadership and management in business. Although one of the barriers for the growth of MSMEs is lack of managerial skill, Filipino MSME owner-managers never lost sight in managing the day-to-day operation of the business without sacrificing relationship with their crews, staff or workers. Culture, norms and orientation make Filipinos task oriented and people oriented.
