Emily: (in a scared face) it’s him all along… (While holding an article) he murdered and
sexualized young kids by giving them pens! Seven pens! (In a shocked face and run into
Flora’s room) one, two, three, four, five, and six... (Counting the pens panicky and walk
towards Flora’s bed in a nervous face and pick up the pen) and seven... the seventh pen he
gave to my daughter this day… and he gave seven pens also to those innocent souls he took,
why my daughter is still alive?! (Tweaking her hair because of frustration and stop for a
minute) But wait… George has pattern! Giving pens is his pattern before he take their lives, it
is the 7th pen and it is the day he’ll kill her! (She run through their backyard) Officer! We
should leave before Geor--- oh my god)… (Stepping back a few times in look of widening her
eyes while covering her mouth)
Officer: Help me… (Coughing so bad while holding his stabbed chest) he’s... in there... (Inhale

Emily: (Rushing in their house through Flora’s room in a scared face) Caleb! Flora! Come
with me, we’ll live right now! (Holding Caleb’s and Flora’s arm and dragging them carefully
and fast)
Caleb: What’s with you?! You’re hurti-- (Glaring her with fear while taking off Emily’s hand
in his arm)
Flora: George?? (With fear and confusion in her face as she hold Emily’s shirt and Emily will
turn around in shocked)
George: Hello there Flora! (He will wave his knife) I still have more pens here, do you want
some? (He will run towards the door in a slasher smile)
(Emily will run through the door with a face of fear and determination.)
Emily: Stay away from us, George!!! (Pushing the door using her back and locked the door)
George: Oh no way sweetie!! There’s no way in hell you’ll escape from me!!! (Laughing
maniacally while banging the door)
(Flora is covering her ears and crying and Caleb will hug her tight confused at everything
while looking at Emily)
Emily: We’ll get out of here, trust me, I’ll protect both of you... (Looking at them with
assurance and fear but in teary eyes) Let’s see…
George: Be ready my sweetie Flora! (Says it in a sing-song way while banging the door loudly
and trying to break in)
(Emily walk fast towards the window and forcefully detached the curtain)
Emily: Listen to me Caleb... (Looking at Caleb’s eye with tears while tying up the curtain on
Caleb’s waist tightly) go ask for help when you get down and protect your little sister, okay?

Caleb: I’m sorry… (Looking at Emily with teary eyes as she help him go down through the
window)
Emily: (Smiles at him and nod, and look down for Caleb who’s untying up the curtain) Hey
there my little girl… (With a smile and teary eyes while pulling up the curtain very fast and
looking back and forth to the door and Flora) You’ll be safe again and I will protect you no
matter what because I love you my baby (Sniffing while tying the curtain on Flora’s waist and
kissed her forehead)
Flora: (stop for a minute from crying and nod at her) I love you, Mom and I’m sorry! (She
hugged Emily so tight before she let her down safely)
George: (kicked the door forcefully and the door threw open) Oh I’m late for the dramatic
scene (he said in a fake sad tone and laugh)
Emily: Go run, Kids!!! (Shouting at the top of her lungs with tears pooling in her eyes)
Caleb: HELP! HELP! WE NEED HELP! (Shouting and running as he holds Flora’s hands
tightly)
Flora: STOP MR. OFFICER! WE NEED YOUR HELP! (Waving her hands at the incoming
police car while crying and shouting)
Chief Booth: (immediately stopped their mobile and jog towards the 2 kids) are you two okay?
Where is your mother?! (In an alarmed and confused look and tone)
Caleb: My mom is in there with George in Flora’s room! We need to help her now! (Crying in
fear)
Chief Booth: Let’s get in men! Call for dispatch, Code 99 and Code 10-13!
(Chief Booth and His 3 men rushed in the house and run through Flora’s room)
Emily: How dare you to touch my daughter, you’re a living devil!!!! (Shouting and throw a
vase at George’s Face and kick him in his groin. She will run through the door)
George: (Grunted and hold his face that has a lot of blood now and towards the door, forcefully
grab Emily’s hair and arms) you’ll not escape from me, you witch!
Emily: (trying unclasp the arms of George and trying to kick him from the back) you’ll rot in
hell, George!!
George: We’ll both rot in hell, Emily!! (Laughed maniacally while stabbing Emily 2 times at
her stomach)
(Emily forcefully elbow him in the face and George let go of her)
George: You witch! (Trying to stabbed Emily) You’re going to die wit-Chief Booth: George! (He shot the right knee of George)
George: (will almost kneeled) No one can sto--!! (He run towards to Emily)
Emily: (squeeze herself at the corner and shut her eyes while crying)
Chief Booth: Shi--!! (Shot him in his head)
George: (kneeled and lay down, eyes wide open)
Chief Booth: Emily! Look at me, you’re bleeding! I’ll carry you, okay?! (Looking at Emily in
a worry eyes)
Emily: (Staring from nowhere, shaking and stopping the bleeding)
(Will focus at Emily at that scene and everything will black out for a moment)

Simon: (Went down scared and panicky in his car) Good evening! Uhm do you have a patient
name Emily Willia—(asking nervously with tears in his eyes)
Chief Booth: (Cutting him off) Hello Mr. Anderson? Simon Anderson? I know what room
your fami-Simon: (walk towards him) Yes, It’s me! Where’s my family? What happened? Where’s my
wife, Emily?
Chief Booth: Calm down, Mr. Anderson, this way please... (Lead him in the right hallway and
knock at the 2nd room)
Simon: Oh God… (He walk towards Caleb and Flora and kissed them on their foreheads)
Thank God, both of you are safe! ... (Stares at Emily who’s resting) My wife… (Sniffing) What
happened to my wife Chief? Who did this to her?! (Asking it with full of sadness and hands in
fist)
Chief Booth: In this day, the one that your wife hired to be the tutor of you children, George,
tried to murder your daughter, Flora. He’s also the suspect we’ve been looking after all these
years, “the pen case” actually, but your wife puzzled things out because she’s also investigating
and researching this case for her book. Instead of Flora, Emily became his target since she tried
to stop and save your daughter from him. And the rest is all this. (Look at Emily and at the 2
kids) George was shot at the head and knee in the incident a while ago, he tried to stab Emily

(Smiled genuinely and tap Chief Booth’s back)

safety of each here in our town. I’ll just wrap things up in the incident and also I would like to
do some briefing with your wife in this case once we take care everything on this day and when
she’s in a state and good condition again.
Simon: I’ll catch that thing up at her, I will. (Smiled and in a thankful tone)
Chief Booth: I excuse myself for a while to go to the incident, just call us right away and stay
safe with your family, Mr. Anderson (Smiled genuinely and walk towards the door to exit)
(Simon will carry Flora and let her sit on his lap and sit beside Caleb)
Caleb: (Staring at Emily while holding her hand) Mommy is strong right? She will heal very

Flora: I don’t want to lose a mommy again, Dad! I love mommy Emily! (Crying so hard while
hugging Simon)
Simon: (rubbed Caleb’s back and hug Flora while tears pooling in his eyes) She’ll heal and
be okay soonest, we will take care of her more. We’ll pray also to God that she’ll stay strong
for us. Let’s keep or faith stronger this time.
(After 5 months of the incident)
Caleb: Mom did you see where my toys are? (Looking at the boxes in his room, his forehead
creased)
Emily: I already put them in the box and it’s also in the car already, honey! Don’t worry about
it (Chuckled while helping Flora to put her stuffs in the box)

a few months ago. (Unclasp Simon’s hand at her stomach to face and stare at him) Right now,
I’m excited to move in another town and I’m also happy to see us as a family especially Caleb
and Flora calling me Mom and do accept me wholeheartedly (smiling with tears in her eyes)
Simon: (Wipe her tears by his thumb and caress her face) we will pass through everything
