1. IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT PROPER SITE DRAINAGE AND WATERPROOFING IS IMPLEMENTED AND
MAINTAINED DURING AND AFTER CONSTRUCTION.
2. AT ALL STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION (INCLUDING DEMOLITION WORKS), CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE
MEASURES TO ENSURE ALL STAGNANT WATER FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE (BUILDING AND
CARPARK AREAS) IS REMOVED FROM THE SITE (TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE SUPERINTENDENT)
BEFORE AFFECTING THE EXISTING EXPOSED SOIL. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALLOW FOR THIS IN THEIR
TENDER.
3. SURFACE RUNOFF SHOULD BE PREVENTED FROM ENTERING CONSTRUCTION AREAS, PARTICULARLY

REGULARLY.
