because I believe that education will not
just feed us with knowledge but it is also

PURPOSE
⮚ What do you aim in creating or performing the art? What function or
purpose that your art may serve? For whom are you creating or
performing this art?
I want my art piece to visually represent the education we all deserve. My
goal is to present a simple visual with a deep meaning of my advocacy.
Thus, the purpose of this piece is to encourage people that education is
not just a self-gain but also a contribution to the world we live in. My
artwork is for everyone because everyone needs it.
RATIONALE

What is the background of the advocacy? Cite some researched facts concerning the central
issue.
Today, education remains an inaccessible right for millions of children around the world. For many children
who still do not have access to education, it is notable because of persisting inequality and marginalization.
Undeniably, many children from disadvantaged backgrounds are forced to abandon their education due to
health problems related to malnutrition or in order to work and provide support for the family and other
causes.
This is the sad reality we are facing, and this forced me to take a little step in initiating to have the quality
education we need because generally this is the foundation that leads us in the betterment of ourselves and
the world. I have found the primary beneficiaries of having such:
Students
Quality education aims at developing a balanced set of capabilities of children they require to become
economically productive, develop sustainable livelihoods, contribute to peaceful and democratic societies
and enhance individual well-being.
Economy
Globalization and international trade require countries and their economies to compete with one another.
Economically successful countries will hold competitive and comparative advantages over other economies,
though a single country rarely specializes in a particular industry. A typical developed economy will include
various industries with different competitive advantages and disadvantages in the global marketplace. The
education and training of a country's workforce is a major factor in determining how well the country's
economy will perform.
INTERPRETATION OF THE ART
⮚ What is the relevance and overall meaning of your work of art? How does
it signify the central issue of your advocacy?
The meaning of my piece provides a clear image of the world that needs to be
dominated by education. Since my advocacy aims to foster quality education
and raise awareness of how education takes place in the society, I only
choose two simple icons to represent that education must be on top of us.
