A Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is defined as the systematic analysis of
the potential environmental impacts of products or services during their
entire life cycle.
During a Life Cycle Assessment (Life Cycle Analysis), you evaluate the
potential environmental impacts throughout the entire life cycle of a product
(production, distribution, use and end-of-life phases) or service. This also
includes the upstream (e.g., suppliers) and downstream (e.g., waste
management) processes associated with the production (e.g., production of
raw, auxiliary, and operating materials), use phase, and disposal (e.g., waste
Life cycle impact assessment (LCIA) covers all relevant inputs from the
environment (e.g., ores and crude oil, water, land use) as well as emissions into
air, water, and soil (e.g., carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides). The International
Organization for Standardization provides guidelines and requirements for

Se trabaja con un proveedor de productos de limpieza biodegradables
internacional. Los diferentes empleados de limpieza se dirigen tanto a las
habitaciones como a los diferentes sectores del hotel para ejercer el
mantenimiento de este. Una vez finalizado el procedimiento, el hotel tiene
internamente dispensers de dosificación para evitar desperdicios. La basura
recolectada de los diferentes espacios se recicla en orgánico, plástico y el de
papelería. Hay contenedores en cada área para este tipo de basura.
Otros proveedores, SDG naciones unidas, también se puede comparar con

Digitization: Converting data, documents, and processes from analog to digital.

Traceability is the capability to trace something. In some cases, it is interpreted
as the ability to verify the history, location, or application of an item by means of
documented recorded identification. Traceability is applicable to measurement,
supply chain, healthcare and security.
Disruptive technology: is an innovation that significantly alters the way that
consumers, industries, or businesses operate. A disruptive technology sweeps
away the systems or habits it replaces because it has attributes that are
recognizably superior.
Centrandose en el proceso de Mantenimeinto/Limpieza del Hotel. 1.Hablando
sobre un entorno donde se intenta minimizar el impacto ambiental, ¿como se
maneja la utilizacion de los productos de limpieza?¿Donde va la basura que se
recolecta en el hotel, se recicla? ¿Hay algun proceso que se haga en el hotel sin
proveedores o terceros? 2. ¿Quien es el que toma las desiciones para
completar los objetivos propuestos en el hotel?
Se trabaja con un contrato de una compania internacional que suministra los
productos de limpieza que son biodegradables e internamente se tienen
dispensers de dosificación para evitar desperdicios.
La basura se recicla. Hay reciclaje orgánico, plástico y el de papelería. Hay
contenedores en cada área para este tipo de basura. No ingresan otros proveedores
para este proceso.
Hay un Comité de Medioambiente que se encarga de estas decisiones y
