As a seafarer, what I considered a service ace is the sense of fulfilment my job gives to myself and to our
clients/employers. Everyone desires a life full of happiness and fulfilment, many pursue material goods
or experiences in order to achieve complacency but for me it’s the other way around. Establishing
rapport and trust relationship with our clients/employers already gives me the contentment of my job.
