The meeting started with the President, Ms. Juliet San Luis at exactly 5:12 in the
afternoon at KRU 202. Jamyla Kathleen Barrantes is assigned to take charge for the minutes of
the meeting. The main agenda of the meeting is about Zumba. Zumba will be held on November
17, 2017, Friday at the FORVM Gym at 8:00am-9:00 am. The participants on the said Zumba is
given by Mrs. Angel Eslabra, subject teacher of PE & Health. Mrs. Eslabra gave the ABMVelayo as the participant of the Zumba.
The title of the Zumba presentation is Zumbabida and Zumbayummers for the plan B.
Ms. San Luis elaborates the criteria for the said presentation, and it is consists of Completion20%, Efforts-10% and Quality- 30%. Ms. San Luis creates committees to organize the said
event. The letters for the adviser is assigned to Ms. Katrina Ruth Avillo. The program for the
presentation is given to Ms. San Luis and for the certificates is for Mr. Ivan Katada. In the
documentation, Ms. San Luis assigned Ariel Peredo and Arwin Albay for taking pictures on the
date of the Zumba. For the compilation of the pictures and the reports are being assigned to Ms.
Jamyla Kathleen Barrantes and Ms. Donna Mae Noda. Mr. John Michael Casido is the one
assigned to the water of the participants. The speaker of the event is by the voluntary action of
Ms. Melrose Legaspi.
The leaders for the Zumbabida is being chosen by the class, Kenneth Pena, Kristel Amo,
James Beltran, Derick Patingo, Fatima Quinto, Jazrell Palmero and Giesha Saquin. The class will
be divided into four groups, and the leaders will be the one to facilitate. These will help the class
to manage the event proper and accurate.
For the Registration fee, the class voted if it will cost P10.00, P15.00, and P20.00. 20
students voted for P 10.00 and six students for P 20.00 and the remaining students still
undecided. Mr. Derick Patingo suggests that there should be no registration fee for the ABMVelayo hence, it should be the Amadore who will take charge of the drinks of the participants. In
the reason that it is an event of Amadore. So, the class decided to have no registration fee, and
Amadore will contribute P 10.00 for the drinks, materials, etc. needed for the event.
Before the meeting ends, the class Amadore promise to each other to help one another in
this upcoming events. The unity of the class will remain and should be observed in the Zumba
presentation that will hold a few days from now. Amadore expects that the Zumba presentation
will be added to one of the most unforgettable moments of the class. The meeting ends at exactly
5:32 pm.
