1.0 INTRODUCTION
The proposed business is a small manufacturing business named Byeterial that
aims to provide a sanitizers that contains natural ingredients. The products to be
manufactured are not like the usual sanitizer we usually use rather it will contain
natural ingredients like aloe vera gel to moisturize our customer’s skin. During this
pandemic, hand sanitizer is already part of our basic necessity to ensure our safety but
a lot were experiencing skin problems like irritation, rashes and dryness of the skin
due to the chemicals that is present to their sanitizers. In our proposed product we will
be manufacturing an affordable, good quality, and with health benefits sanitizers that
will be manufactured excellently to the market to ensure the safeness of our
customers. Our business is a partnership type wherein our funds will come from our
business partners to establish the facility as well as to buy the materials needed.
Our business will supply a hygienic products specifically hand sanitizers with
natural ingredients to the market because during this pandemic our customers’ good
health is our priority. We are delivering even higher value to our consumers so we
focus on their benefits in order to satisfy their needs at reasonable and competitive
prices.
Our products are made with natural ingredients such as aloe vera gel, vegetable
glycerin, and tea tree oil and of course alcohol and distilled water as a base. It won’t
dry out hand or irritate your skin, Hence, it kills harmful bacteria and germs. The
products are convenient and gentle enough for frequent use and are safe to use on
hands. Also, it is non-sticky, non-greasy formula that feels natural as water and is
very affordable.
2.0 INDUSTRY
During this pandemic, establishing and operating a business like this is vital
because people are in need of products with natural ingredients on it that could ensure

their safety while using it. The current situation can be a factor for us to push this
business due to the importance of sanitizers because of today’s situation, people have
become more health conscious due to pandemic that is why there is a need for such an
effective, instant and affordable products which can satisfy health needs at all levels.
Taking our current situation as an advantage can be a great way for us to get greater
venture upon supplying it to the market. Because our products can be ideal for that it
is easy to carry and can be put easily in bags, wallets and in pockets as well.
3.0 BUSINESS
Byeterial is a small manufacturing business that aims to provide a sanitizers that
contains natural ingredients to the market. This is a partnership business where we get
our funds from our business partners alone. Our facility will be found at Anao,
Cabagan, Isabela. We are planning to supply our products within Isabela province.
This mainly a manufacturing business that will provide an affordable, good quality,
and with health benefits sanitizers that will be manufactured excellently to the market
to ensure the safeness of our customers.
4.0 PRODUCT OR SERVICE
Customers tends to be conscious about their health most especially during this
trying times wherein they are afraid to be infected with the virus. We, entrepreneurs
proposed a hand sanitizers that contains natural ingredients as a solution that is good
to our health. Our products are made with a natural aloe vera gel, a mild, pleasant,
non-residual ingredient for fast, effective and safe cleansing without the use of water
or towels. It is refreshing in the hands because of its non-sticky residue and does not
dry hands as much as soaps. Hence, it will ensure the safety of our customers without
irritation and dryness of the skin with our skin-friendly hand sanitizers. Our product
can be avail in affordable price in the market around Isabela. Our product will also be
made with different variety of scents from fruits. Our current situation could help our
product to be known and well demand in the province as it is safe, and made with
natural ingredients.

5.0 THE MARKET
Having this pandemic, people become more conscious about how they will
protect themselves from the virus. With that being said, our target market are the
people around Isabela at all ages, sex, social status with no exceptions. As we are
battling this pandemic, everybody want to equip themselves and sanitizers have been
one of our basic necessity already. We have these sanitizers wherever we go and
whatever we do at all times. With our affordable and safe hand sanitizers with natural
ingredients, we are aiming to provide these in different market around Isabela. There
will be a large potential of customers if we supply our products around the province.
We are sure that our target market will expand due to the fact that our product is in
need and timely relevant for everybody with our current situation.

knowledge of distribution within our vicinity as well as the use of our own direct sales
force from our outlet. There will be discount for bulk purchase, free delivery and
payment method will be through cash and online payment. Promotion strategies are
the strategy that will be adopted to promote or market the business. Example are
social network such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Sending of bulk text
messages, complimentary cards and printing of banners / billboard. Other note on

The organizational structure of our business is Functional Structure that aims to

SORIANO, KARL AARON G. The chairman of Byeterial selected by the members,
who actually give the command over the works and control of the business. His main
responsibility is to maintain the progress of the business and is responsible in leading
his co-members. He oversees the overall making and production of the product and
ensures that member are doing their job well.
MATA, JUSTIN P. The Vice-Chairman. He has the responsibility of assisting the
Chairman in terms of running the business. Hence, if the chairman is not around, he is
required to temporarily fill the role of the chairman. He is also responsible in
supervising the progress of the business and partners with the chairman in decisionmaking.
MACAPAGAL, JAMAICA T. The Head of Production and Operation, and has a
complete and command over Operational management and Production analysis. She
has the responsibility of preparing and supervising the needs and materials needed for

the production. Additionally, she is responsible in all the operations in the shop and
controls the production system.
MARQUEZ, CIARRALIE C. Has a great command over the finance because she is
good in managing money. She has the responsibility of projecting financial data and
control all finance related task in our business. She also has the responsibility of
budgeting the acquired money, securing cash receipts, and is responsible in handling
the profit of the business.
CRISTOBAL, DWINXILLE EIVEN B. The Head of Marketing. She has a good
command over the marketing. She has the ability to critically think and implement
marketing strategies regarding to the price, promotion and sales plan of the business.
She is responsible in monitoring the competition, creating new ideas, manage the
budget and able to focus on the customers in communicating internally.
8.0 LABOR
Our small manufacturing business will be needing a full time manpower. They
will be assigned respectively in different areas of the company according to their
skills and knowledge. The labourer should possess self-discipline and have the
knowledge to solve the possible problems to be encountered in a short period of
time. He or she has a good business communication skills, business writing skills,

problem solving and decision making skills, multitasking, behavioural consultative
solutions, and good in crisis management.
