IF I MAY…

If I may be a superhero,
I would help those in need,
catch all the criminals and teach them justice,
so that no one could become evil.
If I may be a superhero,
I would find a way to make everyone happy,
build a place for the homeless to stay,
so that no one would sleep on the streets anymore.
If I may be a superhero,
I would make sure food is sufficient for everyone,
plant trees to produce endless fruits,
so that no one is hungry.
If I may be a superhero,
I would help educate everyone,
build a school with great teachers,
so that no child is left behind.
If these powers have no limits,
I would make this world an equal place for everyone,
but would that be enough,
knowing humans are greedy beings.
Even if I have no powers,
I could still make this world a better place,
inspire people to do good deeds,
so that no one would get hurt.
If I may choose a profession,
I want to become a teacher,
nourish pupils with essential knowledge,
so that kids know what to do before becoming adults.
If I may call someone a hero,
It would be anyone who helps others,
create a comfortable place to stay,
until we can live peacefully in this world.
