2021 Application development Theory II: Assignment specification Food Parcel Management System (FPMS) You must assist with the design of a system for a non-government organization (NGO) that manage and distribute food parcels. “A non-governmental organization (NGO) is a non-profit group that functions independently of any government. NGOs, sometimes called civil societies, organized on community, national and international levels to serve a social or political goal such as humanitarian causes or the environment” [1]. All assignments are individual. Assignment 1 1 Research: List and show content of websites you visited that manage and deliver (10%) food parcels. It must be presented as part of your report and not just screenshots. 2 Stakeholders: List all the stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities. (15%) 3 Discussion and interview agenda: Create agendas for two interviews that you (30%) want to do. (You must use the format as shown in fig 2.8 in the prescribed textbook [2].) Your agenda must contain questions that will help you to confirm or discover functional requirements. 4 Functional requirements: List 10 functional requirements.
