QUESTION ONE
i.
Explain with relevant examples at least 6 (four) functional requirements of a
foundation and the way they are provided for or achieved on a building (9 Marks)
ii.
You have approached by one of the investors wishing to establish a hotel facility in
Kampala city for advice. As someone who has studied site selection and investigation
advice on:
a) What factors he should base on for his site choice selection and explain how each is
important for his investment

QUESTION TWO
a) Watch the practical video tutorial provided to you keenly and
i) Write a brief report of what it contains and prepare to present and to answer questions
of what it contains .
b) Extract sketches from the practical video given and label them carefully
