are a number of things for which we use
these. Teeth play a major role in eating
food as well as in smiling. If you have
tooth sensitivity then you will be so much
uncomfortable. You can have tooth
sensitivity at any age. Now I am going to
tell you 7 ways to treat tooth pain that
occurs because of sensitive teeth.
1. Saltwater rinse –
For improving oral hygiene and fighting
mouth bacteria you can get a lot of help
by rinsing your mouth with saltwater. You
can reduce dental plaque if you take
saltwater in your mouth and swish well.
2. Oil pulling –
For reducing tooth sensitivity, take some
coconut oil or sesame oil and then swish
well in your mouth. Gingivitis’s symptoms
can get reduced if you do oil pulling with
sesame oil. Plaque formation can get
reduced if you do oil pulling with coconut
oil.
3. Clove gel –
For toothache, a very good remedy is
clove gel. Sometimes during dental
treatment, the needles are inserted into
the gums of the patient so as to numb
them. In order to get relief from the
needle pain, a remedy that is so effective
is clove gel. Pain and tooth sensitivity can
get reduced if on gums you apply clove
gel.
4. Guava leaves –
Sensitivity and tooth pain can be lowered
down if you will chew guava leaves.
Several properties are present in guava
leaves:
●Antimicrobial
●Anti-inflammatory
●Pain-relieving
Because of these properties, you can get a
lot of relief from toothache.
5. Garlic –
A number of health conditions can be
treated by using a traditional remedy
known as garlic. Allicin is a compound that
is produced when you chew a garlic piece.
For killing the oral disease-causing
bacteria, antimicrobial properties are
present in allicin. It is possible to reduce
tooth sensitivity by killing bacteria of
these kinds.
6. Turmeric –
If you want to reduce inflammation then
you can use a remedy that is basically a
spice and is yellow in color. Its name is
turmeric. For relieving pain, the curcumin
present in turmeric can help you a lot.
Sensitivity and tooth pain can get reduced
if on your gums you apply a mixture of salt
and water.
7. Capsaicin gel –
Chili peppers contain a spicy substance
known as capsaicin. This substance helps
in reducing the pain in the gums. The
sensitive teeth’ pain can be alleviated if in
your gums you apply capsaicin gel.
