It's common for people to think that to remain a healthy lifestyle, you just have to work out
and eat healthy. What we tend to take advantage of the most is our skin, until one day we fall

help us remain youthful. It's important to take good care of your skin because skin is your
body's largest organ, it serves as a protective barrier between your insides and the outside
world, and it helps regulate body temperature.
To care for your skin and your face you should avoid the direct sunlight, avoid smoking and
moisturize daily. By doing these small things you can keep your skin looking young and
healthy for many years.
