Line-up with developed sales plan for products – They must line-up with comprehensive sales plan with marketing strategies for each product line, customer demographic analysis, sales forecasts, and growth strategies and will also examine pricing structure, revenue goals, sales locations, customer retention strategies, advertising and team activities. Line-up with developed sales strategy – Follow developed sales strategy to positioning the brewery’s brand in the market. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies. Line-up with developed sales forecasts – The Sales Executive must follow and distribute sales forecasts to the other departments within the brewery which help to adjust production levels and organize logistics. Line-up with sales and promotional events –The Sales Executive must ensure these events are well-run and promote the brewery in the best way possible. Develop relationships with key customers –The Sales Executive must develop relationships with key customers to sell more products and ensure they remain happy. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance to service improvements. Analyze customer demographics and market trends – The Sales Executive will analyze the demographics of both current and prospective customers. This information will be used for developing market strategies and new products. They will also analyze market trends to identify which kinds of products will be popular in the future. Analyze competitors – The Sales Executive must investigate and analyze competitors to identify new sales opportunities which help in develop products, promotional strategy and pricing to succeed in the marketplace. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Present sales reports to management – They must present sales reports to his Reporting Manager by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Line-up with distribute marketing materials – The Sales Executive may also be required to work with third party advertising agencies. Once a plan for promotional materials has been developed, they must ensure it is correctly executed.
