Course Outline
Communication is often regarded as a soft
skill, since it's difficult to quantify. It is not
quantifiable in comparison to profits, losses
and risk. It is not either very bad or absent.
Communication exercises and games are
interactivity activities that help to improve our
relationships with one another. They also
teach us how to share information and how to
get along.

What are the
Workplace
Communication
Skills?
They help us communicate
information effectively, succinctly.
They go beyond the use of
coherent speech. In many ways
that we speak, we use silence and
body language. Tone and tone of
voice are also used. Eye-contact is
voluntary and unconsciously.
There are many ways to
communicate. How can we tell
what skills? What is noise and
what is message? What is
important?

Communication is more than just
talking. However, it is an essential part
of knowledge-transfer and relationship
building. We can discuss some of the
theory to really understand how
important communication is.
Surprisingly sometimes, it can be just
as useful to take a step back and look at
