In five years from now, I strongly believe I will be still working for the organization that am still working with today. I aim to be a high productive member of the team, somebody who can be relied upon to achieve tasks on time and to a high standard. I would be perhaps progression within the organization if they see me as a fit of course. I see myself as someone who is competent and enthusiastic with the role in five years. When it comes to the transitioning to my next role, I will ensure my level of competence remains at its best. I will probably use my experience to train those in my new level those new who are joining the staff. In most of the cases new transitions come with their own challenges but I will be up to the task to ensure I deliver my part well. As a nurse who am yet to get a bachelor, I will have to put some self-management strategies in place. they include, stress management, positivity with the work schedule, the responsibility, reproductivity, and finally my self-awareness. With the changes that are occurring in the nursing and the entire health sector, if given chance with the THINK-TANK, I would have stressed in the following changes, gender and the growing leadership. There have been recent changes when it comes to the diversity growth of nurses since 2010. Now gender diversity is better off compared to the past one. Changes in terms of the leadership growth with the collaboration with the healthcare providers leads to greater management and work delivery in health care facilities. 3 References ("5 Recent Changes in Nursing Practice | Texas Woman's University", 2021)
