Professor in international law, Mediator for Peace of Femwise (African Union), I held the position of international Expert in several projects of observation and management of electoral processes supported by the United Nations (MENUB, UNDP and UNOPS), the African Union as well as the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF). I participated to this Mission with UNOPS in New Caledonia in 2018,2019 2020 in the following manner : Participation in the Special Administrative Commissions (CAS) of New Caledonia for the establishment and revision of special electoral lists as part of the consultation on the country's accession to full sovereignty, revision of electoral lists for some months in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 ; Assessed the capacity and needs of electoral stakeholders and liaised with them during the commissions; travelled all over New Caledonia in order to fulfill UNOPS's Mission in the revision of the electoral lists for the consultation on the country's accession to full sovereignty, especially during the pandemic of COVID 19; Attended regular meetings virtual and real with the Team; Contribution to the Drafting of the final report on the legal and contentious perspectives and participation to judicial administrative electoral hearings in Noumea or Lafoa. Barrister at Law at the Cameroon Bar and Arbitrator at the Arbitration Chamber of the Arbitration and Conciliation Chamber of the International Olympic Committee in Cameroon, I have demonstrated my ability to handle confidential and politically sensitive missions. My excellent analytical and research skills, my writing and revising skills attested by a PHD award in 2013 at the University of Paris X Nanterre as well as my involvement as Electoral Expert in numerous missions (UN, OIF and African Union) allow me to believe that I can again provide substantial support to UNOPS in New Caledonia.
