Our company mainly structures an event, coordinate all of the moving parts, and
makes sure everyone has a good time. we do everything involved in making
sure these events go smoothly, including choosing locations, hiring caterers,

Since our company is a service related company we can make a lot of profit if we
can Serve customers at low cost.

in a mood to provide the best unique service to our customers so that they get the high-end
services beyond their expectations.
Technology: We will be using our mobile app to reach to our customers. In this era of technological
advancement this will give us a edge over other competitors.
Brand Identity: As a startup company, we will ensure that our customers get the best services
possible. Thus, if more and more people start using our services over our mobile app we will be

High Customers: As a startup, at first we won't be getting enough customers but as we mature

competitors. If other services charge 10000 BDT for a service we will provide it at least at a 25%
cheaper rate at 7500 BDT. Also we need to maintain good relationship with our customers so that we
can spread our business from customer to customer.
