Drill Number 1
For this drill, you need to identify a problem of a particular client. You need to have an interview to have
an overview of the problem that you will need to address. Please note that the interview will be conducted
online and you are not allowed to go outside to conduct the interview. As a requirement, you need to
describe in writing an overview of the problem of the client and point out the initial actions to address
the problem, and submit it in PDF format in a Submission link provided. Note that your proposal needs
approval to move forward.
