Position Purpose:
The SIQA Partner is responsible for the operational management and support of academic standards and
quality enhancement across the school, overseeing academic quality assurance functions such as course
approval, monitoring and review.
Key Responsibilities:
•
•
Collaborative role in the region to support school improvement initiatives in their allocated schools.
Support school leaders and build their capacity in SSE, monitoring of teaching and learning, data
analysis.
Provide support and challenge to the school leaders for school improvement and build school
leader’s capacity to improve students’ achievements and staff performances.
Improvement planning for them to develop their teachers and raise standards.
Support school leaders in identifying priorities for SI and devising high-impact SIP.
Monitor progress on SIP and report its impact on school effectiveness.
Follow up on agreed actions for further improvement during SIQA visits.
Share SIQA report for each visit promptly as per Sop’s with the school and Head of SIQA.

framework, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Data analysis
Experience/Education:

Master’s Education/Management.
Minimum Experience: 8-10 Years in School Evaluation and Quality Assurance.
Preferably exposure of International Frameworks i.e., Ofsted.
Certification in Quality Improvement Associate (QIA). Accreditation, Professional Memberships.
Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis.
