Dear Stakeholders,
Birlamedisoft has created a customized ERP solution for NUHM department of Telangana State.
The aim of solution is to digitize complete healthcare facilities of the state. Healthcare MIS system
is being implemented across entire state connecting 256+ UPHC’s and Basti-Dawakhana.
Healthcare MIS system contains all the modules like Clinical Management, Human Resource,
Financial Management, Stock Management, MIS Reports, Outreach, etc. To capture Outreach
services we have developed an Android App wich is called as “MPHW (Multi-Purpose Health
Workers)”. Itcontains all activities which are performed at outreach centers like, Census Data
Capturing, UHND, NCD Screening, Home Visit’s, ANC care and much more.
The Healthcare MIS system works on both offline and online modes. It is also interfaced with
hardware devices like Biomatric Attendance machine for automatic updation of employee
Attendance at Head office location, Token generation system, Lab machines, Biometric
Identification devices etc. at all locations. Most of third party applications are covered allready in
system, further it is compatible with any other Third Party Applications. It’s All in One Appication.
Basit-Dawakhana is another initiative taken by Telanagna Government to provide the Healthcare
facilities to outreach area. In order to make these Basti-Dawakhanas digitized Birlamedisoft
has implemented “Basti-Dawakhana Android App”. This App is able to perform complete
Clinical Management activities, HR, Stock, and Finance, etc. and connected to Head Office.
All the activities performed across UPHC’s and Bsti-Dawakhana’s are monitored at Head Office. It
consist of live dashboards which gives live information about all UPSC’s and Basti-Dawakhana’s
like Attendance record, Patient information, Services used, Financial Statements etc.
