Hi _______ ! Based on our session last week, I’ve put together your Cannabis Guide. This is not intended as advice, medical, legal or otherwise, and is to be used solely for educational purposes. See Program Agreement for further disclaimers and release of liability. This coming week, we’ll talk in depth about what all of this means. We’ll cover dosing schedules, tracking effects and answering any questions that you have. So if you feel a little overwhelmed and would like to wait to set up these conditions, we’ll get to that this coming week. If you’re ready to dive in… go for it! Just keep in mind that tracking your dosage and sticking with a method and dose consistently (at least three days) is KEY to us figuring out what works for you. Again… if you want to wait to set up these conditions, we’re diving into it all in your next session. So it’s not a bad idea to hang tight. Email me with any questions. Looking forward to our next session! Much love, Corinne 1 Desired Effects: reduced anxiety, weight loss, sleep Daytime Use Tincture + supplemental CBD oil/tincture. Microdose of tincture 2-5mg THC, 3-5x per day with at least 2-5mg CBD with every dose. Once you find a good ratio, you can premix your tincture/CBDs for ease of use. In the next few sessions we will work to refine your CBD:THC ratio, terpene profiles/strains, boosting your tinctures using different herbs, and can experiment with other methods of ingestion. So, if something new comes up that you’d like to try or if you’re not getting the desired effects after getting on a microdosing schedule for about 3 days, make note of how you’re feeling and what you would like to feel MORE of so we can address it asap. Reduced anxiety and mood support: You may find that microdosing with cannabis with a balanced CBD:THC ratio and gaining the accumulative effects will fit right in with these desired effects. If you increase the dose, make sure to increase CBD along with THC to avoid anxiety and paranoia and to achieve a greater sense of balance. Strains for Anxiety + Mood Support: Cannatonic (1:1 ratio), Jack Herrer (high THC - supplement CBD), Grandaddy Purp (high THC - supplement CBD) 2 Sleep Support When dealing with chronic anxiety, a solid regular sleep schedule is crucial. Unfortunately, more often than not, anxiety doesn’t quit when we turn off the lights. Luckily, cannabis helps. In order to fall asleep soundly and sleep through the night, fat-based infusions are your best bet. Start with small doses (3-5mg THC) 1 hour before sleep. CBD can be energizing, so if you still experience sleep issues after taking oil before bed, stop taking CBD 4 hours before bed. Night Strains for sleep support: Skywalker, OG Kush, Northern Lights Topicals for Tension THC or CBD lotion or cannabis infused coconut oil, 2x per day (morning and at night) 3
